Lehigh Valley Phantoms Phan Club General Membership Meeting

Meeting was called to Order by President Shawn Meder at 7:05pm
Roll Call of Officers:
Present: Shawn Meder, President; Judi Leinhauser, VP Internal Operations; Rick Collins, Treasurer; Kevin Shorten; Assistant Treasurer; Rob Caplette, Social Media Director; Lee Gaudreau, Sergeant at Arms.
Not present: David Christian, Secretary; VP Community Outreach, vacant
Members present: The Sergeant at Arms is responsible for maintaining a list of all Members present at the General Membership Meeting; the Membership Committee also maintains this list. Please refer to either of these sources for details.

President Shawn Meder, serving as Secretary in place of absent Secretary David C. reminded the Members that past Meeting Minutes are always available online at the Clubs website, phannation.org. Hard copies of these Minutes were also made available upon request. The Members acknowledged they were given a chance to read and review Minutes to our last Meeting, dated February 27, 2018. Motion from the floor was made and seconded to waive the reading of these Minutes, and to accept the Minutes of the meeting dated February 27, 2018, as part of the permanent record. Discussion was offered and declined. Motion passed by unanimous consent of the membership.
Treasurer Rick C. presented the Monthly Financial Report for the period ending March 28, 2018. To summarize:
Opening Balance: $ 6,700.27 Income: $ 4,253.24 Expenses: $ 3,689.00 Closing Balance @ 03/28/18: $ 7,264.79
